Visa form
Fill the online form. Upload all the required documents except the last visa column and submit
– Take print out of that form and sign at the signature column
– Scan the Signed form and Upload the Signed Scanned form on the last Column and Submit.
– Again, take print out and sign the visa form
– Click on `Finish` Button
Handwritten form mandatory along with application and also need to be uploaded while doing online
Valid passport with at least a 6-month validity from the date of travel with travel history if any.
4 Photograph (Fresh ones i.e. NOT used earlier for any visa) with white background, recently camera clicked, Passport size).
Covering letter from the applicant stating his name, designation, purpose, duration of visit and bearing a return address.
Travel Itinerary (Tickets). Detailed Day to Day wise itinerary.
As Embassy issues visa as per ticket dates only.
Stay Itinerary (Hotel).
Original Yellow Fever Certificate mandatory.
Bank Statement of last 06 months. (original stamped and duly signed by the authorized signatory).
Last 3 years ITR.
Note:
1. Personal appearance of the applicant mandatory for submission of visa application.
2. Shivaay Travels Adventures can try to submit on behalf of applicants if the applicant has a valid UK, US and Schengen visa. However, in such case, Shivaay travels Adventures needs to check with the Embassy prior to the submission.
3. Embassy shall accept the case only within 15 days from Travel Date.
Processing time: 5 to 6 working days.
