BUSINESS VISA

• Below mentioned documents must be sent by Federal Express, DHL or LIAT Quikpak with a Prepaid Return International Airway Bill to the above mentioned address.

• Copies of passport pages with endorsements (STAMPS/VISAS etc.).

• Application form duly filled and siged by the applicant.

• One recent passport size photo.

• Covering letter from the applicant stating his name, designation, purpose, duration of visit and bearing a return address.

• Persons residing in a country other than their place of birth must submit proof of legal resident status in the adoptive country.

• Copies of appointment letters (for those persons attending the US Embassy or British High Commission).

• Marriage certificate (for people seeking to visit for honeymoon).

• Invitation / Employment letter.

Note:
Categories of the following are exempted from entry visa requirements:
1.Cruise ship passengers in transit from airport to cruise terminal and vice versa.
2.Cruise ship passengers arriving and departing on the said vessel.
3.Crew-members arriving at airport and transiting to vessel within 12 hours. However, in case, where over-night stay is necessary, a visa must be obtained.
4.Regular passengers transiting at Barbados to another destination within 12 hours , are treated as Direct transit Passengers and accommodated at the arrival terminal until he/she is escorted to the departure lounge for his/her onward flight.
5.All members of the diplomatic corps (of countries that require a visa)are exempted from payment of the visa fee. However the application-form must be completed and submitted to the Barbados Immigration Department along with a copy of the bio page of the passport.
